03-17-11 – Dallas, TX>Austin, TX – Our church is looking to hire a permanent keyboard player for the worship service and 5 – 6 church outings annually. We require that the candidate have a personal relationship with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and have a willingness to work in unity with others in the music department. We have a church choir, inspirational choir and a male choir that sing on various Sunday’s throughout the month. Currently the choirs rehearse (depending on which choir is scheduled for that Sunday) on Monday’s form 7:00 – 8:30PM, with musicians rehearsal starting at 6:30PM. Our Sunday worship service is from 10:30AM – 12:20PM. Sunday Education is from 9:25 – 10:25AM, and we do have bible study on Wednesday night but we do not require any musician assistance on that night.
We ask that only candidates that are serious about making a commitment need apply. Also, we would like to have this position to be filled by a member of this local body of believers after you’ve had a reasonable amount of time to determine if you would enjoy making this your church home. We also require that this person be a person of integrity, dependable, timely, dress appropriately, and be a lover of God’s people.
