07-29-11 – Honolulu, HI – The movie is a tragic Romeo and Juliet style romance set in South America during a civil war. The movie is also a spiritual journey into the world of the Amazon. I realized that Hawaii is the perfect place to make this movie and has so much beauty to showcase. I have fallen in love with the spirit and energy of the people and environment here.Having finished a year of writing and pre-production, I am shooting a low-budget trailer and several complete scenes to help facilitate the sale of the film, after which time I will be returning here to film the complete feature.
