05-16-11 – Miami, FL>Orlando, FL – Hey, my name is Doran Joseph. Ive spent the past 2 years playing professionally in lounge Acts in Colorado and Tallahassee. My bands include The Gobstoppers, Rocky Mountain Phunk, and Funk in Public. I’m a singer Songwriter with a 3 hour setlist ready to go, and I need LOUNGE players. I am looking for backup vocalists. I have paid gigs booked starting in a little over a month.
I am looking for all instruments. I need players to have transportation, equipment, and a fundamental knowledge of music theory and improv concepts. I play alot of minor pentatonic blues and lounge music. Age is unimportant, old enough to get in the bar and young enough so that I’m not afraid you’re going to die will do just fine. Skills, commitment, and equipment are main priorities. NOT LOOKING FOR CASUALS WHO WANT TO JAM, looking for 3 or 4 night a week paid gig players.
