02-06-11 – Miami, FL>Orlando, FL – PBC based 5 piece variety band is currently auditioning bass players with some vocal ability. We are playing nicer venues usually finished by midnight or so. Mainly weekends with the very occasional Thursday night. We are very accomplished, seasoned players with a female lead vocalist. Our guitar player also handles much of the lead vocals as well. The band configuration is Lead singer/percussion, guitar player/vocals, bass player/vocals, keyboard player and drummer. We play older tunes as our clientele tends to range from 30-50 in age. Our style is R&B, classic rock, blues, and Motown.
Not looking for hired guns. We need a team player, with this band taking priority over side projects. We rehearse twice a month and everyone helps with the pack down of gear at the end of the night.
