08-11-17 – New York City, NY>Philadelphia, PA – The General Manager will work under the company’s Directors and will have responsibility for all phases of the company’s administration. They will supervise subordinate staff in these areas, but must also be willing to roll up their sleeves and get the job done as necessary.

Responsibilities:

General administrative duties include master calendar management, updating database, scheduling of staff / production / program meetings, taking notes, data and fielding general inquiries about the space, insurance and the organization.
Facilities and operations management of rehearsal / performance spaces, including managing / hiring of production personnel, staff, and volunteers.
Fiscal management including record keeping, budgeting, reporting, payments managing.
