08-08-11 – New York City, NY>Philadelphia, PA – We’re casting for an independent horror film called “The Watchers”, which we’re shooting primarily in Camden and Burlington Counties, NJ, although some filming has and will take place in Philadelphia. Roughly half of the film has been shot thus far, and we’re looking to wrap up principal photography by October. In the meantime we have a couple of parts to fill in and we’re also recasting roles as well. The film does have a budget but it’s not enough to afford any financial compensation or to pay for travel expenses. All of the money has gone or is continuing to go into making the best production possible. Thus far the film has high interest, will receive at least a DVD release, and we’ll also be taking it to film festivals. So although there’s no pay involved, the movie will be seen and hopefully open doors for all who lend their time and talent to the production. And despite the lack of pay we do need actors with relaible or somewhat flexible schedules. We try to work around everyone but last minute notifications have caused problems with other cast and crew members that we try to avoid. Other than that a good attitude is a must, we work hard but of course like to enjoy ourselves in the process.
