Nilika Remi is looking for a drummer to play weekend gigs as our regular drummer works weekends and won’t be able to play these gigs. We’ve been gigging out a lot recently and have been getting more weekend gigs offered to us and since these are considered to be ideal, we don’t want to cancel them due to lack of a drummer or try to arrange a less than ideal night. Well, you get the picture.
Our music is female-vocalist driven, and while doesn’t fit into a specific genre, sounds sort of like a blend of indie folk rock/pop/jazz and a little “classical”. Definitely not some of the ‘harder’ stuff you’d hear at motorcycle bars

What I’d like from you is a sample of your work (links with mp3s from previous or current bands), a brief description of your experience, and your availability to rehearse – and you NEED to be available on the weekends. You can include your age as well. Sorry, we really shouldn’t be including a minor since we’ve been turned down from playing at certain bars before for that reason. Include anything else that you think would give me a good idea of seeing if you’re a good fit.. photo, link to your website, whatever.
