We are an alternative metal band with female vox looking for a bass player or possibly a guitar player who wants to try out bass(we have some bass gear). Right now we are playing old songs, recording newer songs, and writing new songs. We’re a fairly busy band that wants to play shows as soon as we get a bass player up and going. The three remaining members have been together for over 2 years and have played plenty of shows together. We all have pro gear, live experience, ‘studio’ experience, great attitudes, and our own practice space at Bongo Fury in Beaverton. We generally practice twice a week.
We are looking for someone 21+ or close to 21, own transportation, pro gear, a little bit of extra moolah to eventually help with space rent, a great attitude, and someone with actual bass skills. We’re not looking for the next Les Claypool or Steve Harris. We will not deal with tweakers or ‘partiers’ though we do like to have fun too.
