08-25-11 – San Francisco, CA>Reno, NV – I am a 21 year old guitar player. I am looking for a drummer to start a Hard Rock/Heavy Metal original group with. I am a lead style player, and my main playing influences are Ace Frehley, Slash, Jimi Hendrix, and Eddie Van Halen. My overall main band influences would be Guns N’ Roses, KISS, Van Halen, Black Sabbath, Foo Fighters, Metallica, and Iron Maiden. The sound I’m going for would be mostly hard rock based, with some moderately intricate metal styles mixed in. The ideal drumming for the music I have written so far would probably be a pretty simple but powerful driving sound, with some technical stuff here and there.
