“Pitstop” is a short sci-fi dark comedy about two college pals on a road trip who find themselves lost and out of gas in the middle of rural Pennsylvania. Abandoned on the side of the road an odd, little old woman takes them in for the evening and treats them to a night they will never… remember.

Katherine is an extremly attractive girl and uses her looks to get what she wants. Everyone thinks that Katherine is a nice person, when really she is a cold-hearter killer and will eliminate anyone in her path.

WYATT:
17-19 years old, Caucasian, 5’11″-6’2″, muscular build or physicaly fit, black, brown, or blonde hair, any eye color.

Wyatt is seeking revenge on those who killed in girlfriend. Wyatt is trained in martial arts, weapons, extraction, and other government tactics. Wyatt only thinks about the objective that needs to be completed and ignores all other distractions.

DARIEN:
17-18 Years old, African-American or Caucasion, 5’10″ -6’0, physically fit/Muscular

Big Time Rush is on Nickelodeon and is often called BTR. It was created by Scott Fellows and the casting directors at Nickelodeon are looking for fresh faces for their third season. Big Time Rush was just renewed for its’ third season so there is a chance that you can be on season 3 of BTR. All you have to do is get an audition at BTR to get started. We will let you know how to get Big Time Rush auditions so that you can get casted. Big Time Rush is starting production in January 2012 so it is important that you get a Big Time Rush casting call as soon as possible.

If you don’t know about Big Time Rush on Nickelodeon, you really should watch it now. You should do your research before attending the audition so that you have background on the show. It is about a group of friends who are in a band and trying to make it big. If you get casted from your Big Time Rush audition, you will be working along side some actors and actresses such as Kendall Schmidt, Carlos Pena, Jr., James Maslow, Logan Henderson, Ciara Bravo, Tanya Chisholm, and Stephen Kramer Glickman.

The first Big Time Rush casting call was in 2007 where more than 1,500 teens and young adults made it to audition in front of casting directors at Nickelodeon. Filming for the show began in 2009. Now in 2012 and 2013, the series will definitely go into the 3rd season and Big Time Rush is even anticipated to go into it’s 4th and 5th season for Nickelodeon 2013 and 2014.

Judy Taylor is the VP of Casting and Talent Relations for the Disney Channel. When Judy was casting for High School Musical, all of the actors and actresses were already working actors but did not have their big break yet. Zac Efron had done an arc on Summerland and had actually done a pilot for the Disney Channel previously to getting casted on High School Musical. This was a couple of years before Zac Efron’s big break. Vanessa Hudgens had also previously read for Judy Taylor and Disney Channel before but also had not made her big break. Ashley Tisdale was on Sweet Life and Monique Coleman had also auditioned for Disney Channel before. Lucas Grabeel was also in one of of Disney Channel’s Halloween Town movies before. Corbin Bleu had also read for a Disney Channel audition before his big break with High School Musical but was not read before.

When you audition or “read” for casting directors, it is a long process and the casting directors see a lot of actors and actresses auditioning. The next step is casting directors like Judy Taylor from Disney Channel will have a call back process to bring back those actors that they think fits the role the best. From there they will see how well they work cohesively and checks on chemistry and camaraderie.

You have to always be working on your craft as an actor and actress if you want to make it big. Casting directors from Disney Channel are always looking for talent and of course what they call “triple threats” which mean acting, singing and dancing. But for casting directors like Judy Taylor at Disney Channel, you have to have acting as your core because at the Disney Channel, acting is what it is all about. At the end of the day you need to be able to carry the skill of acting, you need to be funny and have comedic skills especially for Disney Channel stars.
