The dates are Feb. 16th to Feb. 20th. It will be an all day event. Times will be typically 8:00 AM to a 7:00 PM every day.

02-05-12 – Kansas City, KS>Kansas City, MO – Local advertising & model agency seeking female models for calendar photo shoot. Models will be photographed in different locations around the NE Kansas area. Flint Hills, Perry Lake and other locations will be used. 12 Models will be in the calendar with 3 extras needed for the group photo shoot making a total of 15. There is no budget to pay the models, but you will have the rights to all of your photographs for your portfolios. No experience necessary. Each model will have 2 photo shoots, one individual and one group session. Unless otherwise notified. Although this particular opportunity is not a paid gig, other modeling opportunities may present them selves within the agency at a later date.

02-06-12 – New York City, NY>Hartford, CT – My name is Jeremy and my band is seeking a new bassist. We’re a college-aged rock/hard rock band with diverse influences.

Our band has enough songs for a full length album (which we are planning to record), and we like to perform gigs in various locations on Long Island.

In the past, we have played at the Crazy Donkey, Mulcahey’s, the Vibe Lounge, and many others. As a band, we’re looking to branch out a bit and possibly play more gigs in the tri-state area, or potentially do a tour.

The three members we have in our band now are myself (drums, piano, vox), Jon (guitar, vox), and our singer Charlie. We all collectively write songs. We’re a chill group, and we take our music seriously. If you’re even the slightest bit curious, send me an email! Please keep the age range as close to 18-25 years old as possible.

Arrangements that make their points without taking forever to get there, using ideas typically found in longer songs. Maturity of post metal, sound of hard rock, elements of indie, heaviness of stoner metal, and the diversity of progressive classic rock.

We are also interested in also blending in some electronic and atmospheric sounds. We are aiming for something like Mastodon plays Pink Floyd, Radiohead plays ISIS, Soundgarden plays Black Sabbath.
