This individual will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects through execution, managing a team of designers, and contributing to the development of digital and marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- 6-8+ years experience (minimum 3+ years digital agency environment)
- Strong working knowledge of interaction design, user-centered experience design, brand development, digital marketing and the creative process
- Comprehensive awareness and interest in new platforms and technologies for the digital channel ( Flash, Flex, Ajax, etc.) and related mediums
- Experience guiding large teams (10+)
- Online advertising experience a plus
