01-23-12 – Seattle, WA>Portland, OR – WANTED: Serious, Experienced Lead Guitarist..Classic Rock Cover Band
Seeking an Experienced, Reliable, Solid Musician with a Professional Attitude, Pro Gear and Reliable Transportation.

3-4 Hour Sunday Rehearsals starting at Noon in the West Loop. We are very laid back, easy going and have alot of fun, but we are also very serious. Rehearsals are structured and productive and you would be expected to show up on time and be prepared. Rehearsals are for the band to gel, not to learn songs. Learning the songs should be done on your own time.

This is not a Garage Band, and we’re not looking to jam….We’re looking to gig, so the ability to learn a 30 song song list quickly is required. The second guitarist is solid and will work with you one on one to speed up the process, but the leads would be your responsibilty.

The set list is Classic Rock, and consists of Zeppelin, Areosmith, AC/DC, Stones, etc., so someone that is already familiar with these classics would be ideal. The leads don’t have to be note for note, but we try to cover the songs as close to the Original Studio Versions as possible.

You would also be expected to treat your bandmates with respect, so if you’re prone to drama and or conflict, this won’t be a good fit.
No Drugs, Drama, Attitude, Egos, Alcoholics, Tardiness, etc……
Fully Equipped professional studio…$ per week, per person.
