We are talented players who have created a diverse blend of musical styles and enjoy playing High Energy Rock N Roll and having some fun doing it. We have pro gear, a free studio in Carmichael, and gigs lined up at clubs like the Ace of Spades, The Boardwalk, Fire Escape, the Stag, and will soon be playing all over Nor Cal, from Sac to San Fran to Chico. 1 or 2 practices a week, 2 gigs a month…

Ask For Embla is in need of a bassist and a second guitarist. We’re a local metal-core band that needs a full line-up to start playing shows. This means you’ve got to be skilled and ready to learn! We’re working on recprdings now and have an old one up at myspace.com/askforembla Our style now is a little more progressive now than the song on myspace. (a little more like August Burns Red than A Day To Remember). We’re not going to dismiss a good musician but we would prefer if you were (like us) out of highschool, or in your 20s. (it’s just more likely that our schedules would mesh that way) We rehearse in Carmichael but I commute from Davis so a ride wouldn’t be an issue. Email me for more info or to set up an audition.
