Synopsis: Permanent Ink is about a man who has lost everything in life; parents, wife, and friends. In his depressed state of mind, Benjamin tries to find within himself, his identity. By writing his name on a postcard he tries to define his name and his purpose in life. Unable to, he gives up and tosses the postcard aside. By some divine circumstance, another postcard floats by on the river which answers only what he needs to hear. The writings are from a deceased beautiful women who drowned in the river years ago. 01-07-11 – Dallas, TX>Austin, TX – Currently, we are looking to fill a specific role. It is for a male, age 30-50. You’re role will be that of evening news reporter, Dan. He is your typical “reporter on the scene.” Though his circumstance in this sketch is rather life-threatening. We’re not talking about Anderson Cooper standing 5 feet out on his hotel balcony in a hurricane, but seriously life-threatening…and somehow hilarious.

We are in the middle of production on a sketch comedy pilot. The crew is new at working creatively together, but we’ve come up with some real gold, and we come from all sorts of backgrounds.
