Guitarist looking for keyboardist/pianist to compliment his wide array of musical styles. I’m currently putting the pieces of a band together with the intentions of recording a CD, and also performing live. (ie: gigs I have a *small* 16 track studio, but have unlimited access to a semi-pro studio with all the bells and whistles.
What kind of keyboardist am I looking for? Actually, I don’t know specifically as I am currently delving into many genres from blues/jazz fusion to a bit of contemporary soul/R&B. But I’d have to say that the Baroque Classical style and a hybrid of Rock/Metal I have a lot of experience in.

11-17-11 – Portland, OR>Seattle, WA – I’m looking for band members(around the same age).
Right now I’m wanting a female guitarist that can really play. Especially since you never see any except in all-girl-bands.
Even if you can only mostly play rhythm, I am more than willing to teach some stuff to you. I’m wanting to give you plenty of awesome solos.
This is/will be an original metal band that is absolutely determined to get big.
The songs we make will be pretty melodic and heavy. There will be plenty of clean vocals and some screaming(there doesn’t have to be if you prefer, I don’t mind).
Expect to be a little experimental since that’s how we get OUR OWN style. And other styles from death metal -> blues -> classical-> flamenco etc. are completely optional but highly appreciated
