03-17-11 – Honolulu, HI – I’m looking for a Multi Keyboardist for Pay Giggin’ Bands. At least one other person in the rhythm section besides myself would need to sing backing vox so that would always have at least 2 part backing harmonies behind our lead singer. I already have a pro level drummer that graduated from Berkley.

1. If you don’t have anything ONLINE where I can see & hear what you do through a recording, DO NOT RESPOND or WASTE MY TIME.
2. I have 3 corporate bands. ( we wear costumes ) You can find them on my website under Paradise Productions 808. The 3 bands all have 5 members ( Bass, Drums, Guitar, Keys & Lead Vox ) & contain the same 5 members for all bands.
3. I also want a 4th band with the same 5 members to play gigs without costumes for whatever types of gigs may come up. ( ex. reg’ bar gig, wedding, birthday party, Bar Mitzvah, event, Sunday Jazz brunch, etc. )
4. We could also break it down to a duo or trio or 4 piece

My point is that I want to have a minimum of 5 extremely professional level units with the same members that always makes our OWN gigs.

Everyone in the band must be seasoned on their respective axes & professional level in a non musical way ( ie. showing up prepared for rehearsal, being on time, responding to emails & phone calls, doing your job, respecting each other … = Grown People Shit ) With everyone being pro level versatile, we only need to sit in a room for a few hours literally & knock out enough tunes to go & be able to hit the same day. That’s the level of musicianship that I’m looking for. That & working smarter & not harder are what I’m all about. Versatility ( funk, rock, jazz, shred, country, reggae, classical, etc. = MUSIC – NO LIMITS, NO EXCUSES & NO ONE TRICK PONIES WANTED) is the name of the game also so that we can do whatever gigs that may come up & even more importantly, have fun makin’ money playin’ shit that WE as a band like.
