09-17-11 – Los Angeles, CA>San Diego, CA – We are looking for a talented and organized Assistant Editor for the Scream Awards and an MTV Special, starting immediately.
Turnaround is soon and we’re looking for someone with a lot of experience to jump right in.
You must have multiple credits on recognizable programming and be highly organized, detail oriented, and a killer team player. Proficient and fast on Avid, we require the following: digitizing tapes/DVD’s/Quicktimes, managing assets, outputting for delivery and web postings, upconverting SD to HD, managing and maintaining the Unity, ingesting graphics, creating OMFs and QT’s for audio and online, and basically everything else that is required of a high level assistant editor.
Experience with online and delivery is also a big plus.
