Also, you must not limit yourself, anyone is capable of doing anything but are frequently held back by their own uncertainty.
-Responsibility, Discipline, and Devotion. This means showing up on time (unless you have an understandable reason why you can’t), Practicing the material, and a genuine interest in what we’re doing so you can be willing to move around your personal schedule to make time like the rest of us do.
-Your own gear/transportation, whatever it is that you need to practice/perform, make sure you already have it.
I don’t mean for us to sound “strict” necessarily, but if a band is going to be successful at all (and I don’t mean commercially, I mean simply as a good band with artistic integrity) then there needs to be a certain level of a “professional” attitude.
