Hina Mauka is having a Recovery Walk/Run/Zumba event at Kapiolani Park bandstand on September 17th at 9:30am. Samba Drummers will add a visual and audio appeal to the event. Must be musically flexible to carry impromtu rhythms and beats to compliment latin beats. Since we are a non-profit entity we can pay up to $40 for one hour but we like for you to stay until 11am for the grand finale. Great exposure from a great location for start up bands.

We are a talented group of individuals looking for a talented, like minded, or, at least open and stable minded drummer to succeed with us. We are not playing music as simply a hobby. We play to make it a career and we want not only our music to influence people on a cognitive level, but on a meta-physical level. 01-11-11 – Atlanta, GA>Birmingham, AL – We’re currently auditioning for the core cast of The Show, a weekly web series sitcom to entertain computer geeks through a combination of techie guys and smart, pretty girls. The script is strictly PG and safe for work.

Essie is a central character who just happens to be a computer program. She’s young in spirit and voice, happy, perky and enthusiastic if somewhat naive about the realities of the day to day world. The voice will sound completely human. If you can portray a mashup between a modern high tech entity and Barbara Eden from I Dream of Jeannie, you’re probably our girl.

This is a long term, recreational project for fun and fame and thus is a non paying gig. If you’re familiar with the 65 million views of Felicia Day and the Guild, you’ll understand what our vision of success is.

As long as you’re over 21, under 100 and can convincingly portray the character, age doesn’t matter. Since we’re building a creative family, the single most important quality beyond being a good fit for the part is that you’re Nice People.
