With his mischievous sisters constantly causing problems, his wife always trying to underhand him and his aloof Mother talking to his recently deceased father how will anything be ready in time. Help us bring our Fairytales to life in the Children’s Knoll, when the Wicked Witch forgets what Fairy Tale she is on and gives Hansel and Gretel a poisoned apple, and traps Snow White to fatten her up! We also need roaming towns’ people! A town flirt to win the hearts of patrons, or skeeve around as the towns’ thief. All ages, and experience welcome! — Submit Yourself To This Role Now: Live Event

Casting Director Wanted-South Bend IN – 1065361

08-29-11 – Chicago, IL>Milwaukee, WI – It is planning to launch a new webseries, “Zombie Fairytale Theatre” coming this year, and would like to invite anyone with an interest in the Northern Indiana area (or farther, if you’re willing to travel) to participate.
The premise is simple — what would our fairytales from childhood be like, had they been invaded by zombies?
We have a plan for a year-long series of 2 to 3 minute short web features, involving stories we’ve all heard time and again; Snow White, Sleeping Beauty, Rapunzel, Hanzel & Gretel, etc. Only instead of ‘Happily Ever After’, their endings are more “zombie-fied”. (And to tell you how would be wasting the surprise.)
From there, we’ll produce up to 12 separate episodes, alternating an episode with fun, behind-the-scenes series from our shoots, and including and encouraging audience participation with interactive content.
While we hope to be picked up by one of the larger internet series carriers, if that is not to be, this will only be a year-long venture, but one we want to make an exciting, enriching, and broadening experience for everyone involved.

Also, while we would like to pay all positions, that is just not possible with a small production like this, but some avenues will be open to payment — that’s just how it is. That being said, this will be discussed on an individual by individual basis, and payment will be per episode completed.
And finally : the director is looking for people who are interested in getting into a ‘working relationship’ with a project. Those who are wanting to and willing to work on a multi-episode arch and enjoy the idea of developing a series, as opposed to a one-off participation setting. — Submit Yourself To This Role Now: 1
