This production is a musical revue celebrating Stephen Sondheim’s work as lyricist, composer and dramatist, and includes songs from West Side Story, Gypsy, A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum, Follies, Pacific Overtures, Anyone Can Whistle and Company.

Please prepare 16 bars of a Sondheim song and bring sheet music in the appropriate key. The song does not have to be from the production. An accompanist will be provided. We are looking for strong singers who are also able to communicate the emotional content of a song!

Synopsis:

A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum tells the bawdy story of a slave named Pseudolus and his attempts to win his freedom by helping his young master woo the girl next door. The plot displays many classic elements of farce, including puns, the slamming of doors, cases of mistaken identity (frequently involving characters disguising themselves as one another), and satirical comments on social class.

Aspiring amateur photographer seeking attractive 21+ amateur female subjects for portfolio. Two forms of ID required proving age requirement.

Images to be used privately as portfolio samples for attaining future work. Signed ironclad agreement provided promising that images will not be sold to third parties, nor displayed in any public forum, such as internet.

Modeling subjects, on the other hand, will be provided with professionally produced image CD, if desired, for portfolio samples of your own. Modeling subjects will own exclusive rights to images and may distribute or display as desired.

No professionals please. You may be disappointed with my work…I’m still learning. Plus, the authenticity of a true amateur is a desired theme of this venture. Since this may be your first time posing, I will be extra conscious so as to make the session comfortable for the subject.
