08-30-11 – Portland, OR>Seattle, WA – looking to start up a new, original “Blues rock” type of band. We have a bunch of material written that falls somewhere Blues Rock arena, but with splashes of grunge and even some jazzy stuff here and then. With the right players we could be up and gigging with in a couple of months tops. We are both in our 30′s, have pro gear and attitude. We also have a safe, comfortable place to practice which includes a full PA, Pearl drum kit and an Ampeg SVT Classic w/ 6×10 cab. We want to do stuff different than what the link offers, so please keep that in mind when answering the ad. We just want to make some good music, with a good solid group effort and take it as far as it will go in the process. 05-16-11 – Portland, OR>Seattle, WA – hi im a guitar player trying to get a band together. i want to find a singer first and if they can play the keys or rhythm guitar thats even better….all songs written will be original and a group effort. i only have 3 or so written myself. im into bands like minus the bear, mercury program, piglet. no shredding solos, absolutely no metal. i want to make something that people will remember and love while creating music that is musically complex and mature. i absolutely hate flakes and people who are late so if you say youre going to be somewhere be there and on time! anyways, i would prefer a male vocalist, someone in the age range of 21 and 30. i dont have a practice space right now but will soon! thanks alot and — Submit Yourself To This Role Now: 1
