01-15-12 – Detroit, MI>Cleveland, OH – I need a freelance make-up artist who is building their portfolio. You will not get paid, but you will be e-mailed pictures from the shoot to use for your portfolio. You will be asked to give the photographer credit in your portfolio. The pictures will be shot by a professional photographer. You will also be working with licensed hair stylists.

The theme of the shoot is pin-up/buidoir. The shoot will take place in Birmingham, late afternoon on Saturday March 10, 2012. Location will be discussed later, but will be indoors. It will be 8-9 women. We are on a bit of a time schedule, so each girl can’t take too long. I would like to see some of your work prior to considering using you.

This is a great networking opportunity, if your work is good, we will be interested in using you for future shoots.

01-05-12 – Los Angeles, CA>San Diego, CA – We need models of all hair types to showcase a range in our work (Long, short, straight, curly, females and males, all different ethnicities, etc). We especially need models who either have short hair or are willing to go short (above shoulders at least). Think cute, fun, edgy, modern.
****We are a team of hair stylists who are looking to update and expand our portfolios. We’ve been doing hair for 13 years, and the first 6 years we were Artistic Directors at Toni&Guy. We’ve done work on stage at hair shows throughout the US and teach throughout southern California.****
Looking for fun, outgoing models that will photograph well. Must be comfortable behind a camera, exude confidence, know how to pose. Previous modeling experience is a plus.
The photo shoots are ongoing and take place regularly. Usually on Sundays or Mondays.
You will receive a complimentary cut and color (if needed) and prints of the shoot for your own portfolio. As we shoot and teach often, we are always in need of models. You could end up always having your hair done for free if we continue to work together!
