12-28-11 – Indianapolis, IN>Chicago, IL – Hi, my name is Stephen. I play guitar for the band Consider The Birds. We are a newer band in the Champaign area and we are looking for a drummer. We play experimental/electronic/progressive/ambient rock and we are looking for a very diverse drummer. Must be able to play/write comfortably in odd time signatures, have good intuition for how a song should develop as far as dynamics and groove go, have a strong relationship with God, and be committed to playing (as well as developing as a musician). 09-05-11 – Seattle, WA>Portland, OR – ‘Henryk’ is the story of police officer Julian Grey, who upon
returning to his folksy hometown of Hoquiam, WA, uncovers the
murderous practices of a fabled Satanic cult. When Julian must
infiltrate the ritualistic cult to rescue his best friend’s fiance, he finds he is faced with the ultimate test of his intuition, morality,and his own sanity. Set against the dumpy, industrial, sea-side backdrop of Hoquiam, Ocean Shores, and Olympia WA, ‘Henryk’ aims to present the strange and indiscernible qualities of a lonely ghost-town overrun with evangelic Satanists who lurk beneath the surface of society. Steeped in religious iconography, the film is largely inspired by Sergei Parajanov’s 1968 cinema masterpiece The Color of Pomogranates, as well as the works of David Lynch and Werner Herzog.

Love tool a perfect circle nin smashing pumpkins, Alice n chains which has influenced my musical intuition. A voice like Amy lee or lacy from flyleaf would be ideal but I’m open to variety of stlyles. Later on for stage presence I’m going to get a tailcoats and would be kewl for the female to wear some kind of Victorian like dress. I’m 27 and drummer is 24.
