Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Arrive on time
Retain brand knowledge and communicate message points intelligently to consumers
Attract, interact and encourage consumers to enter gas card giveaway
Direct consumers to the various stations
Assist with the traffic flow of consumers throughout the event footprint
Distribute premiums and maintain an accurate inventory of product
Collect information from every target consumer
Keep track of information collected
Assist with set up, maintenance and breakdown of the event space
Maintain the cleanliness of the event area
Communication with Field Manager (check-in and check-out)
Must be comfortable wearing the costume for at least one hour of the event
Pay Scale:$17-20/hr Incentive Wage: This incentive is structured for those candidates who execute their duties to the fullest! The incentives are fairly standard duties. Those who execute great events and perform all of their duties (particularly the items in bold above) will surely make $20/hr for their shifts!
