11-14-11 – Seattle, WA>Portland, OR – We are looking for an Executive Producer to aide us in this endeavor. Our company produces and distributes micro-budget and low-budget films in the horror, fantasy, and action genres. Our next film project however is designed to be a more art-oriented film, with a focus on cinematography, music, and costuming. To put it bluntly, the film is going to be weird, beautiful, but weird, and thus its not guaranteed to be a commercial success. Our goal with this film is to flex our creative muscles and create an art film that can sweep the festival circuit and garner critical acclaim, and not worry so much about whether or not its a big hit financially (though we do have a DVD deal already put together for the film). The film would be shot in the greater Seattle area, with a focus on natural settings (the film is essentially Cirque Del Soilel meets Conan). This is a very unorthodox project, in that it is a low budget artfilm being produced by working professionals, but if you are looking for a decent paycheck and a creative adventure we would love to have you involved.
