05-23-11 – Phoenix, AZ>Las Vegas, NV – We are looking for a drummer available for regional, national, and international tours. This is an open casting call and is a paid position.
Have the right look and be able to play the music. Image is very important and being good looking sells. Remember, you will be in magazines, album covers, and video. People want to see good looking people. Its just the business. Being physically fit is key to maintaining health on long tours.
We need to have someone that can learn the music by ear and play the parts. If you can not put in the practice time to learn your parts on your own, we are not interested in someone who just slops through every part. We prefer someone with a double bass drum setup. Practice is done on your own, as a group we rehearse the show.
On tour, we are not just playing live, but we are putting on a show. Must be entertaining.
There is a whole production side of things to learn to make the show run smooth.
