03-23-12 – Chicago, IL>Milwaukee, WI – I am an experienced bass player looking to either form or join an existsting project that falls under the psychedelic/progressive/ hard rock/ metal category! I have played bass for over 17 years, have a lot of experience performing and recording and own professional gear. I am fairly new to Chicago and haven’t been able to find the ideal band yet so I figured I’d post what I would like to do. I am capable of playing many diverse styles and am easy to work with. I am really into bands like The Mars Volta, Opeth, Sleepytime Gorilla Museum, Frank Zappa, Bungle, jazz (in general particularly 60′s or 70′s fusion) and basically anything that brings something new musically to the table. I would like to find vocals, guitar(s), drums, and maybe a keyboard player to jam and write amazing tunes with.
