12-05-11 – Portland, OR>Seattle, WA – This casting call is open to all female models, age 21+, 5’4 or taller, dress size 1-6 and all ethnicities are encouraged to attend.
3 NW designers will be casting for a runway show in January.
The show will be professionally filmed and photographed by several Portland and Seattle photographers.
If chosen by any of the 3 designers (or ALL of them!) your hair and make-up will be professionally done by Richard Herrera salon on the day of the show.
Compensation does include free professional images of yourself and the event. Professional photoshoots with multiple photographers before the runway show in full hair/make-up/couture clothing. Opportunity to be featured on the next event flyer and in promotion videos. Opportunity to work with us again in the future at other events and shows.
We want models with a fierce runway walk, friendly smile and good attitude. Reliable, professional models only. We are on time and expect you to be as well 
Mt. Tabor Theater on Thursday Dec. 8, 6 pm.
Bring a pair of black heels you can walk in, dark leggings and photo ID. You will need to sign a release form to be in the show.

This is your chance to shoot with multiple photographers and makeup artists in one day!!

03-17-11 – Seattle, WA>Portland, OR – NOW SCREENING SELF MOTIVATED, ENTHUSIASTIC MODELS FOR URBAN RUNWAY SHOWCASE
Active Entertainment is selectively screening runway models interested in participating in the Urban Edition of Chance
Chance is an interactive networking event providing models with the opportunity to spend one on one time with photographers in designers clothing, network with the local fashion industry, and perform to an audience of designers, agents, casting directors, and casual guests alike. This is a GREAT way to develop resources and portfolio material for the ambitious model. Multiple photographers will be on site to work with both runway/walk -in models, and images will be returned within two weeks of the event to all participants. The event will also be filmed and a post event video will be published including model credits.
Participating Models will be required for a three hour dress rehearsal prior to the event, then from 6:00PM – 12:00AM April 9th. INTERESTED MODELS need to respond with resume and pictures for reference to the Backstage Coordinator, Kristen, with the words, “April Model” in the title.
