After some good and bad experiences, let me emphasize what we are in search of:
As I mentioned, above 21 (or at least very close to being 21).. A general interest in punk… You don’t exactly need a 2 foot mohawk, so don’t get too turned off by the word punk. But there should be some musical interest to enjoy playing with us. Some bands to check out that are our influences, are The Distillers, Rancid, and Tsunami Bomb, just to name a couple.
We use female vocals, like 2 of the bands mentioned above.
Punk drumming is pretty easy, and we want to keep it somewhat simple…
Must have reliable transportation, and your own equipment. We practice on Saturdays.
