Synopsis
Suppose you’re an attractive high school girl and you’re not only a member of a large and unique family but your father is, in fact, one of the great pioneers of industrial efficiency. Then suppose he decides, for no apparent reason, to apply his unorthodox methods to you and to the rest of your big family. The results are terribly embarrassing, funny and—it must be admitted—extremely effective! To Anne, however, the chief effect seems to be that of making them seem ridiculous to everyone else at school—especially to the boys! Dad pushes ahead with better organization for his large and delightful family. He puts up a chart for the young people to initial after completing each household task, uses a rung as an imaginary bathtub to demonstrate how to take a really efficient bath and appoints a utilities officer to levy fines on wasters of electricity. While the situations are often uproarious, there’s a serious reason. Dad has a heart condition which he’s keeping secret. The children don’t understand them. Anne, the oldest, rebels. Both Dad and she are miserable at the lack of understanding between them. Steeped in religious iconography, the film is largely inspired by Sergei Parajanov’s 1968 cinema masterpiece The Color of Pomogranates, as well as the works of David Lynch and Werner Herzog.

04-02-11 – Nashville, TN>Louisville, KY – Hello, I am fairly new at photography but I have a canon 7D and I have learned a ton and am very good with photoshop and my camera. I am very artistic and would like to have more practice on people. I am looking for models to do a photo shoot with. I can’t pay you, but you will get photos that I assure you will look professional and you will get them for free. And I will be working on them in post in photoshop WITH a friend who is a professional to assure these photos come out very well.

I am also friends who someone who is doing a music video. This person is a professional recording the video. I am being hired to help and to learn even more and they said my skills were actually already amazing considering I am so new to it. They liked my audition videos and hired me on board. We are looking for models to be in the video also. Even if you’re not a professional model and you’re just someone who’s thought about getting into it.

Also I realize asking things like this on can sound weird and you never know who it is on the other side especially with photography! I am no pervert and will not be trying to ask for any sort of shots that would make anyone uncomfortable. We could meet in a public location and I will show you my credentials.

I am also employed as a police officer. I have met some people online for projects who have a problem with that. If you aren’t comfortable where I work that is fine.

The film, which will shoot in April, is a murder mystery with a comedic twist. It has an “ol-fashioned” feel, but is set in present day New York

Right now we are looking to fill the following parts:

1 Pam (voice-over only)
Woman 40-50 years old. Concerned mother on the phone. American with no distinguishable accent.

2 Bob
Handsome African-American 35-45 years old. Bob is a police officer and must be athletic/muscular. Must be 5f9in or shorter

Elegant, rich business man (Think Kevin Costner) 40-50 years old. No taller than 5f10in
