10-17-11 – Nashville, TN>Louisville, KY – We’ve been a band for about 3 years and have one full length cd and are about to come out with a 5 songs EP. You can listen to some of our old music at www.reverbnation.com/electricteeth, or email us for some of our newer stuff. Keep in mind that the material on the reverb nation site is old and our sound has changed quite a bit.
We need someone(preferably between the ages of 20-30, we are all 21-23) who has the ability to play different instruments AND do strong background vocals. The main instrument you would be playing is synth/keyboard, although depending on what the song needs, you could be doing something else.

Our sound varies but is comparable to Radiohead, Interpol, The National, The Horrors, Grizzly Bear, Joy Division, The Strokes, Deerhunter, Arcade Fire, My Bloody Valentine, etc….
Our new music will have more of a dark sounding electronic, dance feel to it, while still keeping rock elements.

02-06-11 – Dallas, TX>Austin, TX – Hey everyone-I am Matt Madoni and I sing and play guitar for McKinney hard rock band Ruby’s Last Dance. We are looking to move me over to only guitars so we can get a new singer. We are looking for a male or female singer that is serious and has reliable transportation to McKinney. Screaming would be awesome but is not necessary. We play shows very often and have just put out a CD. I am 17, the drummer is 16, and the bassist is 15 (unfortunately), so we are looing for anyone in the 15 through early twenties range. We recently parted with our last drummer after our last tour, and there is a lack of decent replacement out here. We are are a hardcore/experimental/r&b style band most influenced by: underoath, emarosa, lower definition, as cities burn, Woe is Me, DGD, etc…. We are tour ready, and are well known locally, regionally, and somewhat nationally, having been in negotiations with 2 record labels before our member change. We are looking to make the transition to a full time touring band, so we would need that commitment on your part as well.
