09-07-11 – Boston, MA>Hartford, CT – We are looking for a bass player. classic rock band is looking for an experienced musician – our former bass player (who also sang lead vocals and doubled on sax) has been forced to stop playing due to health issues. we generally play out once a month and practice once a week. We do this basically for fun but we don’t play for free and we take the music side pretty seriously. We would prefer a bass player who doubled on horn or harmonica but we could shuffle things around to cover bass with our remaining members as a plan B so we’d also consider other instruments. Vocals are a major plus, and high lead vocals would be even better while we are dreaming here, but hopefully you can at least do backgrounds. Experience fronting a band would also be a big plus – we’d like somebody who enjoys interacting with the crowd.
