I have a Charity Concert scheduled for Feb 18, 2012 at Gateway Golf & CC. The event will be held outdoors and I expect
at least 400 to attend. I have one Guitar player and I need one more to share the duties of playing. You would have to
play lead on some songs and rhythm on others. There will be at least 32 songs to be performed. I would need you to be
available for several short rehearsals and probably 2 two hour dress rehearsals and the show which is going to be about 2.5 hours.
The Charity is through Lee Memorial Foundation and is for The Children’s Hematology/Oncology and the Neonatal Intensive Care Units.
I have several musicians who are donating their time but am desperate for another guitar player so I am willing to pay.

No death metal, no thrash or trash, no disco. We have 2 guitars, and drums in place as the core and a bass player. All are very diverse in musical tastes but we choose not to be playing the exceptions I listed.
We are just forming now as a band so this is a perfect time to get on board. We are mature and in our 40′s to early 50′s. Age doesn’t matter to us but if it does to you I put it ours out there.
We’re looking to run the gamut of 50% older rock and 50% newer rock, spanning 70′s to today. songs are collaborative effort with all members contributing to the play list.

All pro gear and dedicated. We have no ego trips here and expect you not to as well. Dedicated.

We all take this very seriously and are ooking to play out about twice a month, more if possible less if that’s what happens.

08-17-11 – Miami, FL>Orlando, FL – Seasoned veteran 40+ Classic rock band looking for a bass player with vocals. We rehearse weekly-ish and all have day jobs and not doing it for the money. Looking to continue our monthly-ish gigs at bars, events, and private parties but playing mostly for fun. Current songs are 60′s-70′s classics including b-sides, brit invasion, and typical classic rock radio play list like XM vinyl and rewind or 105.9 . All other members take on lead and backup vocals for most songs, but looking for the bass player to perhaps take lead on maybe 1/2 the songs. Mostly standard arrangements would likely allow the right person to quickly fit in and flexibility and experience of band members offers easy adoption of song selections or suggestions.

08-06-11 – Chicago, IL>Milwaukee, WI – Drummer Needed!!!!
Local working band (formerly Middle Crossings and IKAS UTO) in need of drummer for paying gigs. We would prefer a drummer who can help out on some light vocals as well… but not mandatory. The band currently consists of 3 members:
David on rhythm guitar and vocals
Jim on Lead guitar and vocals
Steve on bass and light vocals
We play an eclectic mix of covers including songs from Weezer, The Whites Stripes, Dave Matthews, Cake, Cracker, Stevie Wonder, Paul Simon, Phish, Pink Floyd, The Black Crowes, The Black Keyes, Kings of Leon, Cream, U2, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Jane’s Addiction, and Talking Heads, ETC. . . Really we are up to doing just about anything as long as we can do it well. We also have several originals (about 20) that we mix in w/ the covers. We are always adding new material and currently have a play list of 50-65 songs.
We currently have 2 bi-monthly gigs just waiting for us to tell them we are ready to play and several other venues that will have us anytime we are available. We have 2 excellent practice facilities (one in Osceola and one in Elkhart). We have a professional sound system and top flight gear. Our goal is to be gigging 4 times a month w/ weekly practices. No egos please… we just want to get out there… get paid… and get the people moving…. and have a blast while we do it.
