This is a for-fun thing, local and regional shows, no extended touring, and a laid back practice schedule.
We need someone with pro gear, at least semi-pro experience, energy, enthusiasm, and enough musical education (formal or otherwise) to be conversant in musical terms such as time signatures, intervals, scales, etc. Must be able to play tight, heavy, and aggressive, and lock in with the drummer to create a kick-em-in-the-chest rhythm section.
