03-01-12 – Boston, MA>Hartford, CT – Guitar(vocals)/bass/drum trio looking to add a lead guitar. Our music draws from the experimental nature of popular psychedelic rock and jazz. Looking to put together succinct left of center songs with strong melodies. We are not a jam band (not that there is anything wrong with that).

We rehearse at the School of Groove in Cambridge until we can find a cheaper and better alternative. We have a few tunes together, but we’re looking for somebody to come in and collaborate during the writing/arranging process. The plan is to record an EP and start to gig locally. We are not setting out to change the world, but we are looking to have a good time releasing music we enjoy, aiming to playing bigger area venues, and seeing where the road takes us from there. All we ask is that you keep an open mind and bring fresh ideas to practice. We are 24-29 years of age – so it would make sense for you to be in that relative range in age too.

Heavily into extended improvisation and jamming. We love syncopation to generate uniqueness and individuality in our originals and covers. We play swamp rock, Southern rock, and psychedelic rock.

Our main infls. are Dr. John, Neville Bros., The Who, Little Feat, Skynyrd, North Mississpi Allstars, Derek Trucks, Allman Brothers and assorted British psychedelia of 60′s and 70′s.
