Bands like AC/DC, Aerosmith, Black Sabbath/Ozzy, Bon Jovi, Def Leppard, Foghat, Great White, Guns & Roses, Kiss, Led Zeppelin, Loverboy, Metallica, Molly Hatchet, Motley Crue, Pink Floyd, Poison, Quiet Riot, Ratt, Scorpions, Tesla, Van Halen, Whitesnake, ZZ Top, etc.

Also stuff from the 90′s through today, if it ROCKS. Think Alice In Chains, STP, Nirvana, Everclear, Greenday, Black Crowes, Audioslave, Radiohead and so on.

Not looking to re-invent the wheel here. Just wanting to play good rock music that everybody knows, have fun and get paid a little to do it. I have a great, dedicated place to practice. Looking for a a second guitar to share lead/rhthym position and a bass player.
We play strictly 60′s/70′s Classic Rock and have a set list in place.
You don’t need to play like Jimi Hendrix ar John Paul Jones, but please be a solid player and have pro gear.
Gigging experience is a plus, but Commitment, Reliability, Punctuality and a Good Overall Attitude is more important to us.
We rehearse every Sunday afternoon in a fully eqiupped professional studio in the West Loop. Our goal is to play out 2-4 times per month.
As we are in a rebuilding phase, we don’t currently have gigs lined up. However, we are structured to be a serious working band and are looking for serious musicians willing and able to make a serious long-term commitment.
We are all in our 40′s and Very easy going, we do this for fun and are not looking for drama or bad habits of any kind. If you like drugs, are a power-drinker, and/or have anger or ego issues, we won’t be a good fit.

I always get asked: “So, what type of music do you do?” I hate that question because poeple tend to fashion an image which is difficult to remove. It is a new genre.

We play 2 to 5 chord progressions that are distorted (Garage Punk setting on amp – played with my Gibson Les Paul)

Imagine, a sort of Green Day (or Bad Religion) meets The Eagles (or Zeppelin) but we also lean toward the rockabilly/ beatnik side ( Stray Cats, Black Keys…)

We are all in our forties and happily married. We are not in this for the fame, fortune, tail, or checking off an item from our proverbial bucket lists, we do not want anything from you except your voice.
