02-21-12 – Seattle, WA>Portland, OR – Our band is looking for a keyboard player. If you are a multi-instrumentalist (accordion would be way cool!) and/or sing, that is a bonus! We are in the alternative country/rock genre; think Jayhawks, early REM, Mitch Easter. We have 16 originals written and as many covers ready to play from bands such as Green Day, Oasis & the Rolling Stones. My musical partner plays both guitar & keys, and I’m on drums – we both sing as well. Bassist, 2nd guitarist & female lead vocals coming on line. The age range so far is 24-47 but younger or older is just fine as long as you are responsible, enthusiastic, motivated to do your homework & have reliable transportation; no drugs or alcohol abuse issues wanted. Also to learn to play some cool, upbeat, rocking/ funky covers to play out.
