02-15-12 – Seattle, WA>Portland, OR – I am a filmmaker, dancer and in general performance artist from the Seattle area, looking for male dancers or actors who can dance in order to do a David Bowie type Labyrinth dance number for a bachelorette party. NO STRIPPING will be done.

The bride is a huge fan of all things David Bowie in general and has no interest in the typical bachelorette party. Being a local dancer and actor, I thought it would be a great idea to get some of Western Washington’s talent together and put on a more “goofy” show for her.

This dance would take place in an actual hedge maze in Washington in early June. I would choreograph the whole thing and teach the moves to the dancers I choose.

They would be very silly 80s based steps; I have some videos I would have you watch for an idea.

So to sum up, I am looking for:
1 David Bowie impersonator/dancer (who might even dance with the bride for a few seconds)
3 Chorus men: 1 dressed as a unicorn, 1 dressed as a lizard, and 1 dressed as a cat.

The whole project in all would probably take 3 days to put together. I will provide food, costumes, a ride to and entry into the labyrinth.

01-17-12 – Seattle, WA>Portland, OR – We are Really Old Airplanes. We recently moved to Seattle from New York after a national tour, and we are now working on our next album for Palaver Records.
We are looking for a cellist who would like to record for us on our album. This would entail spending time writing and/or learning parts and then recording them in our studio in Tacoma. Anyone who would also be interested in playing shows and maybe even going on tour is definitely more than welcome.
We are also looking for a bassist to write and record with us, as well as play shows.
