We have a guitarist, and a couple of horn players, and are interested in practicing regularly, playing live gigs, and recording original music down the road. We’ve all played in bands before and want to put together a solid group of musicians to have a fun time playing fun music. At this stage, we are looking for a variety of different musicians who would be interested in playing ska; namely, a drummer. Our hope would be to find people who enjoy ska music, or at least somebody who would be happy to play it. Musicians who also can sing is definitely a plus, but it’s also definitely not a dealbreaker. We hope to really make this group something special, and so we would like to put some time into this band and are keeping a decent level of commitment in mind while trying to form a line-up.
