03-13-12 – New York City, NY>Philadelphia, PA – I’m a singer/songwriter/guitar player in East Brunswick. Trying to start an alt-rock cover band, doing hits and deep-cuts from anybody from the Smashing Pumpkins, Soundgarden, Pearl Jam, Alice in Chains, Nirvana, Incubus, and many more.
If all goes well, I’d like to perhaps make it an original project in the future.
I have no playing space, but I’m willing to travel reasonable distances.
Looking for one other guitar player who is familiar with the work we’re talking about and can play leads and rhythm well, a kickass drummer with some brains behind their playing, and a bass player who’s at least consistent; stage presence and experience always a plus.
Ages give or take, pro equipment if possible.
I have samples of my original music and other bits if you’d like; really trying to start a band that plays heavy, soft, and everything in between, and has a lot of fun playing the best music ever.

01-30-12 – Boston, MA>Hartford, CT – I play rock music with my friends. We consist of a guitarist, drummer, and vocalist. WE NEED A BASSIST!!! We play alot of covers and originals as well. We are looking for a bassist who is willing to creatively add to our current originals, be a part of the writing process for future tunes, and learn covers as well. Our influences include: Radiohead, Rush, The Police, Alice in Chains, The Mars Volta, The Minutemen, Tool, Pink Floyd, Soundgarden, The Who, Primus, and many many more. We do a bunch of covers from these mentioned bands. If you are passionate about playing music in a group and have a somewhat similar taste musically, please let me know so we can set up a time to jam. We have a great practice space in Arlington at my drummers house where we can practice full volume at almost any time.
