08-24-11 – Detroit, MI>Cleveland, OH – I’m making a very short parody (under 30 seconds) of the movie “Altered States” and am looking for two comedic actors to play professors doing research. One character will be in a swimsuit in an isolation tank, the other will be watching over him. Dialogue is minimized to one line each, but am looking for good comedic energy. This is a just for fun barter for a meal deal. If we make it into the contest I’m entering, a lot people will see it. Shooting will is tentatively just around the corner since the contest deadline is September 5th. We will be shooting this Friday 26th after 6pm in Flint, with the potential of moving that up to this Thursday 25th after 6pm in Flint. Additional shots might be accomplished at The University of Michigan next Wednesday. This will be very short and non-grueling shoot. Funny expressive faces are needed, and props might include a stereotypical collegiate/professor looking sweater and khakis, glasses, and beard and moustache on one character based on a young Bob Balaban. The subject in the tank will be in swim trunks and preferrably with no facial hair (based on a young William Hurt). It’s not at all necessary to match these actors exactly, but it’s a starting point. Anyone of any race can submit a photo and brief background. Age must look over 30. What to Expect
We are an established modeling agency and we are looking for models that have the model looks to book jobs with our clients that have PAID modeling assignments. Our assessment is actually very fast and to the point (you either have the look that is bookable or you don’t). Dressed appropriately (all females must wear heels at least 2.5 inches). Expect to meet with the managing partners if we are interested in working with you. We will be taking your measurements and your weight as well.
For those that we are interested in booking we have to document your muscle tone and/ or scars and tattoos. We have the highest level of professionalism at all times.
Bring or wear your swimming suite/swimming trunks
If you have the potential to do runway modeling then you will be expected to walk the runway.
What to Bring
- A Swim suit/ Swim trunks
- A recent photo (does not have to be professional)
