As she escapes the stifling confines of city life with her only son and controlling daughter-in-law, she faces obstacles and encounters grace in the form of station clerks, a young woman returning home, and a small-town sheriff. Rehearsals will be scheduled between the hours of 6-9:00 p.m., Monday-Thursday.

Weekend days will be added only if necessary.

The production team has selected monologues from the trial scene, which will be emailed to you with a confirmation of your audition appointment. Please select ONE monologue to prepare for your audition—memorization is not required. If you are selected for call-backs, you will be notified by 5 p.m. on February 1. Call-backs will take place on Thursday, February 2 from 5-6 p.m. These will be in the form of a cold reading, and we ask that you stay for the full hour.
