I am looking for a Drummer w/backup and some lead vocal ability but not required. Our Drummer has decided to leave the band to persue other avenues. We are sad to see him leave but understand.
We took time off from performing out through the winter months to work on our craft. I would like to play at least 2 times a month and sometimes 3 or 4 but mainly twice a month or so.
My name is Stephen and I have been performing in cover bands since I was 13 yrs. old. I have a recording studio in Loganville, Ga where we will practice. I will be open to anyone and everyone that wants to give it a shot and HAS TALENT. I need someone that can play many different styles of music and add to our sound. What type of music will we be performing? It’s hard to describe, but here is the break down 1930′s to 2010 covers, ranging from country, blues, southern rock, oldies, funk etc.
We will not be performing heavy metal or rap, but pretty much everything else considered.
I am sure there will be something that a Drummer would not like to play but we have all been in that scenario. We have a wide range age group of guys that wants to make a little money entertaining.
We all have day jobs so practice will be probably once a week some weekend days(few) that way if you are like me and have things to do on the weekends it’s a chance to get those “family things/hobbies” done.
I require a decent knowledge of your drums and patterns and a positive attitude, and dependable.
I know that there are currently no PreMadonna’s in the group and I would like to keep it that way.
I am NOT interested in having a hired gun in any form. I have plenty of contacts for that sort of thing.
