Walt Whitman, who for most of his life promoted his work assiduously, is now an old man, so the promotional task has fallen to a young friend and disciple, Horace Traubel, who seeks the old poet‘s love even as he spreads his fame. But, Horace is frustrated by Walt‘s reticence, which derives both from his age and from the painful ending decades ago of his only great love, an event with which he has still not reconciled himself. 04-26-11 – Miami, FL>Orlando, FL – Starting approx. JULY 6.. (wrapping in early December-breaking in October) a 13-15 week production will be taking place in Miami. One portion will be filmed in the Bahamas. Unsure if volunteer crew will travel to that location.

This is a two day a week (Wed. and Thursday) Commitment. VERY early on Wednesday and during the day on Thursday.

There is no monetary compensation, but the opportunity to get your foot in the door of one of the oldest and largest entertainment companies in the world. Not to mention working with notable celebrities every week! This is a once in a lifetime!

We need DEPENDABLE, TALENTED, COMMITTED people on set with us. Not coming in still dressed from the night before. We need professionals.

I am looking for SIX Hair Stylist and FOUR Makeup Artist. The more elaborate and wide range your skill set is the better you’ll work for the show.

There will also be numerous press releases, parties, and photo shoots to be part of as well.

Production has yet to nail down exacts on everything but this will be aired in approx. 60 countries.
