Do you appreciate classic country and classic rock music?
ASRB is a Henderson, KY based band with an established following. For various reasons we have been at idle for over a year now. We are looking for a front presence to schedule approximately 1 gig per month.

Some of the songs that we have done in the past include those of Waylon Jennings, Johnny Cash, The Eagles, Doobie Brothers, Steve Miller, Merle Haggard, CCR, and Hank Williams to name a few. We are all about having fun, while making sure that the crowd has a good time too!
Our group includes a keyboard/rhythm, drummer, bass, tambourine, and harmonica player ranging from 36 to 50 yrs old. Our playing is not for a living but as a hobby that pays for itself.

We have access to a Nashville writer’s catalog. Some recording sessions have been completed and as a long-term goal we intend to revisit for a full CD.

I prefer guitar, but am totally open to other instruments like mandolin, steele, harmonica,keys or anything else. I would even be open to a bassist with vocals.

I have songs I’ve written and would also like to do classic country covers of songs by people like Johnny Cash, Waylon Jennings, Merle Haggard, Willie Nelson and Buck Owens.

I’m open to other artists…these are just on the top of my head.In addition to my guitars (acoustic, Tele), I have a small to medium PA for practice and gigging.
