02-17-12 – Detroit, MI>Cleveland, OH – We’re a relatively new group comprised of some very established players from around Metro Detroit, who have come together to play some great music, not typically being played by other groups in the area, and we’re shopping for a new guitarist.

Our influences are varied, as is our chosen material and we’re seeing a lead guitarist who can add that something special, while bringing a strong presence (both instrumentally and vocally). The kind of guitarist that will be the best “fit” for this group will have a deep bag of tricks and can adapt to a wide range of genres, styles and music types.

Our instrumentation lineup is: Guitar/vocals, Multi-Keyboard/vocals. Bass/Vocals & Drums/Vocals and we come from different backgrounds (jazz, funk, R&B and R&R) to put a unique spin on whatever we play.

We pull our material from the last 4 decades and will do renditions of “b sides”, lesser played classic rock tunes, modern blues, fusion/funk jazz, alternative rock and soulful funky stuff. If you want to play Zep covers, Freebird, Sweet Home Alabama or Margaritaville all night, this won’t be your project. If you aren’t comfortable playing extended or altered chords, complex changes or non-pentatonic or non-blues scale based solos, this could be a tough gig for you. 02-10-12 – New York City, NY>Philadelphia, PA – Hi, I’m looking for a drummer to record and gig with. I’ve got a lot of material demoed and written so would like to get a set together and start gigging pretty quickly, the more long term objective being to release/ self-release some records and do a lot of shows.

I’m going for a fairly raw sound but still dynamic, and would like to incorporate some electronic/ ambient sounds, and as such would be good if you can play to clicks and maybe use some electronic sound sources too, the latter not being a priority at the minute. Need someone who can switch between a drum machine-like rigidity and a more open heavy rock sound.
